Adelphi Student Wins Chinese Language Scholarship

We would also like to congratulate Louisa Armstrong on behalf of the Department, who has been selected for the Chinese Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program. This is a very competitive and distinguished recognition given by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, the sponsor of the CLS Program, the American Councils for International Education, and The Ohio State University.

She was selected from among very qualified applicants because of your hard work and dedication. Her work in Chinese beyond the Level IV with Professor Lixue Lin has paid off. We are sure that she will benefit from this experience in her future endeavors.
